Nakhla Market: after the switch to the new cluster, the online shop shows a 503 error

Nakhla Market, an online delicatessen in Marrakesh (dates, argan oil, spices delivered throughout Morocco), is migrating its shop to a new AKS cluster aks-nakhla-prod-02 (resource group rg-nakhla-aks, region francecentral), created yesterday by the platform team to move to Kubernetes 1.30. The old cluster aks-nakhla-prod-01 will be deleted on Friday.

This morning at 09:45, the manifests were applied unchanged to the new cluster and the DNS for boutique.nakhla.ma was switched to its new Ingress. Since then, the shop responds 503: in the middle of the Medjool date pre-order campaign, every minute costs sales.
