Every afternoon, the Meknes enrolment site shows “Error 403 - This web app is stopped.”

The MasterLinux Meknes branch opened its back-to-school enrolment campaign last Monday. The enrolment form is a small Node.js application hosted on Azure App Service (app-ml-inscriptions-meknes, group rg-inscriptions).

The branch's showcase site sends candidates to https://app-ml-inscriptions-meknes.azurewebsites.net. This site was set up in June by an intern, “for testing”, then shown to the branch director… and put into production as is when the campaign began. Since then, every day around 14:00, candidates land on an “Error 403 - This web app is stopped.” page until the next morning. The afternoon enrolments are lost; the front desk receives calls from worried parents.

The developer swears he stopped nothing. You take over the ticket from your workstation, with the Azure CLI signed in to the masterlinux-prod subscription.
