Menara Voyages: since this morning's release, new bookings no longer show up in the back office

Menara Voyages, a travel agency in Marrakesh (desert tours, riads, excursions to Ouarzazate), sells its trips on https://www.menara-voyages.ma, a Linux App Service app-menara-booking (resource group rg-menara-web, westeurope). Releases are done by slot swap: you deploy to the staging slot, test, then swap with production.

This morning at 09:32, version 3.4 (new booking funnel) was swapped into production. The tests on staging were perfect.

Since then, the back office (another application, connected to the production database) sees no new bookings at all. Yet the site responds and customers receive their confirmation page. The guides need to prepare tomorrow's dawn departures.
