Tawssil Express: parcel tracking crawls, then fails with 503 errors from 9 a.m.

Tawssil Express, a last-mile delivery start-up in Casablanca, is launching its service today in eight new cities. Customers and couriers track parcels through the API api.tawssil.ma (App Service app-tawssil-api, P1v3 plan, two instances), which reads and writes every scan in Azure Cosmos DB: account cosmos-tawssil-prod, database suivi, container colis.
