Argan Souss Bio: since the DNS migration, the online shop “cannot be found”

Argan Souss Bio, an argan oil cooperative in Agadir, sells online at www.argansouss.ma (App Service app-argan-boutique). On Friday afternoon, the contractor migrated the domain's DNS hosting from the old hosting provider to an Azure DNS zone (argansouss.ma, resource group rg-argan-dns), then changed the name servers at the registrar Atlas Domaines with its command-line tool atlasdom. The cooperative also has a second Azure zone, arganbio.ma, created last year for an old site.

Since Saturday: “This site can't be reached — DNS address could not be found”. E-mails sent to commandes@argansouss.ma bounce with an error. The contractor swears that “every record was copied exactly”. An e-mail campaign goes out tonight at 18:00.

You are on poste-cloud with the Azure CLI, dig, whois and atlasdom (the cooperative's account).
