Sahel Assurances: claim reports have stopped reaching partner garages since midnight

Sahel Assurances, a car insurer based in Casablanca, forwards every claim report to its network of 600 partner garages. A Function App func-sinistres-sync (resource group rg-sinistres-prod, region francecentral) runs every 5 minutes: it reads new claim files and pushes them to the garage portal API, which is protected by Microsoft Entra ID.

To get its token, the function uses the app registration app-sinistres-sync and a client secret stored in the kv-sahel-prod vault. Nothing has been deployed for twelve days.

Since 00:05, no claim file has reached the garages: 214 damaged vehicles are waiting to be taken in, and the Casablanca call centre and the El Jadida branch are overwhelmed.
