Atlas Fret: the freight forwarder portal has returned “500” to every customer since this morning

Atlas Fret, a freight forwarding company in Tangier, publishes the portail.atlasfret.ma portal for its forwarder customers (Azure Container Apps, app ca-portail-transit, resource group rg-atlasfret-prod). At the start of each request, the app reads its SQL connection string from the Key Vault kv-atlasfret-prod using its managed identity.

Since 07:30, every call returns 500. The app was last deployed on Friday. On Sunday evening, the security team applied the recommendations of an audit: “harmonise the vaults” — they insist they “deleted nothing”.

The ships arrive at 10:00 and the forwarders need the portal for their customs declarations. You are on poste-cloud, Azure CLI signed in with a Key Vault Administrator account.
