After the maintenance reboot, the Dar Fassi Céramique ERP shows “502 Bad Gateway”

Dar Fassi Céramique, a zellige and pottery maker in Fès (workshop in Ain Nokbi, exports to Europe), runs its in-house ERP (orders, stock, shipments) on an Azure Ubuntu VM: vm-erp-fassi-01, resource group rg-fassi-erp, region westeurope. nginx acts as a proxy in front of the Python application fassi-erp and a local PostgreSQL database.

Last night at 02:00, the maintenance window installed the Ubuntu patches and rebooted the VM. Since this morning, https://erp.darfassi.ma has been returning 502 Bad Gateway. The workshop manager can no longer print the picking slips for a container leaving Tanger Med this evening.

SSH is only open from Azure Bastion, which is down this morning because of a licence issue: you work with the Azure CLI from your workstation (az vm run-command, boot diagnostics…).
