Guichet Médina: the festival ticketing site has shown “502 Bad Gateway” since last night

Guichet Médina, an online ticketing service in Fès, sells seats for the city's music festival. The site billets.guichetmedina.ma goes through an Application Gateway (agw-billet) to a virtual machine scale set (VMSS) vmss-billet-web: 4 Ubuntu instances, resource group rg-billet-prod. The VMs are built from an image in the compute gallery gal_guichet, definition billet-web, which the CI/CD pipeline rebuilds and publishes with every application release.

Last night at 23:05, the pipeline published a new image (an overhaul of the application “build”). Nobody launched a deployment: the production release was planned for Tuesday, after acceptance testing. Since 23:15, the site has been returning 502. Ticket sales are announced to open today at 10:00.
