The GitHub Actions pipeline has been failing at deployment for three days

Tadbir, a Rabat software company making HR software (payroll, leave, CNSS), deploys its portal with GitHub Actions: test → build (image pushed to GHCR) → deploy (update of the production Kubernetes cluster).

Three days ago, Youssef secured deployments: he created a GitHub production environment with mandatory approval, and deleted the old repository-level secrets "so they stop lying around everywhere". Since then, every deployment fails, and this month's payslip export is waiting to reach production.
