New claims application: unable to reach the head office core system

Mutuelle Saïss Santé, a health mutual insurer in Fez, connects its head office (network 172.16.0.0/16) to Google Cloud through an HA VPN terminated in the VPC vpc-hub. The router cr-hub-ew1 learns the head office range via BGP. For two years, the legacy applications in the hub have been reaching the core system 172.16.10.20:8443.

This weekend, the project team created the VPC vpc-sinistres (10.60.0.0/20), peered with vpc-hub, for the new claims declaration application. On Friday, the network team added the advertisement of 10.60.0.0/20 towards head office. Opening to members is planned for this morning at 10:00, and the communication campaign has started: yet the application cannot reach the core system.
