Migration to a new namespace: the pods are stuck in ImagePullBackOff

Bougaz Logistique, a freight forwarder near Tanger Med, is migrating its container tracking application from the old suivi namespace to a new suivi-prod namespace (separate quotas and permissions). Version 1.8.0 was built yesterday and pushed to the private Harbor registry harbor.bougaz.ma.

The old namespace still serves customers, but the DNS switch is planned for 18:00. In suivi-prod, however, no pod starts. The developer thinks the tag was pushed incorrectly.

The kubectl context points to suivi-prod. On the bastion you are already logged in to Harbor with skopeo login (read-only robot account).
