Online ticketing: “503 Service Unavailable” right after the API update

Assalam Billetterie (a fictional company) sells coach and concert tickets on assalam-billet.ma.
The HAProxy load balancer lb-ab-01 sends traffic to three API servers (api-01 to api-03,
port 8080).
The application team deployed version 4.2.0 of the API at 06:30, server by server. The deployment is “green”: each server started without errors. Since 06:33, the site has been showing 503 Service Unavailable and the morning's sales have stopped.
Your mission (logged on to the load balancer): put the servers back in service in HAProxy, without disabling the health checks, and validate the configuration before reloading it.
