At Conserverie Doukkala, the ERP and the file server freeze in the middle of production

Conserverie Doukkala, a cannery in El Jadida, packs sardines and mackerel for export. All of its IT runs on a single Hyper-V host, HV-01, which hosts in particular:

• SRV-ERP: the production and shipping ERP (database, ~380 GB of disk);
• SRV-FIC: the file server;
• DC-02: a domain controller, stored on C:.

The production VMs are on volume D: (2 TB). In July, the contractor upgraded the ERP to version 12; just before, he had created a checkpoint “to be safe”.

At 10:20, SRV-ERP and SRV-FIC froze. The labelling machines on line 2 are stopped, and a refrigerated container must be loaded for Rotterdam at 14:00.

You are logged on as administrator on the host HV-01. Get the VMs running again without losing a single ERP write since July.
