The document management system is still 97 % full although the volume was enlarged yesterday

The Étude notariale El Amrani, a notary's office in Agadir, archives its scanned deeds in a document management system (GED) on srv-ged-01 (Debian 12). The documents are in /srv/ged, an LVM logical volume vg_data/lv_ged formatted as ext4.

On Friday, the alert “/srv/ged > 95 %” fired. Yesterday, Sunday, Saïd (the contractor's technician) added a 50 GB virtual disk, added it to the volume group and “enlarged the volume”. His message: “Done, lv_ged is now 150 GB.”

This morning, the alert is still red and the clerks fear they will no longer be able to file deeds. You are the system administrator: work out what is missing and finish the job without any service interruption.
