At Souss Primeurs Export, the new quality portal stays unreachable from the offices

Souss Primeurs Export, a citrus and tomato packing station near Agadir, is putting a quality portal into service for its export certifications: lot traceability, pesticide residue test results. It runs on SRV-QUALITE (10.50.0.30), in the DMZ (10.50.0.0/24), over HTTPS on port 8443.

The offices (10.20.0.0/24) reach the DMZ through the router-firewall RT-AGADIR-01 (IOS), which filters with the extended ACL BUREAUX-VERS-DMZ applied inbound on Gi0/1. Last night, Karim, from the network team, added the opening rule for the portal, then left on holiday.

This morning, Nadia Ait Lahcen, quality manager, has to enter the lot results for a container leaving for Rotterdam this afternoon. The portal does not open: the browser stays on “Waiting for 10.50.0.30…” then “timed out”. The portal's vendor states that the service is running.

You are the network administrator, connected over SSH to RT-AGADIR-01 (privileged mode). Open access, without weakening the DMZ isolation.
