At Anfa Pièces Auto, the till, the ERP and the file server all stop responding at once

Anfa Pièces Auto, a spare parts distributor in Casablanca (Derb Omar store and two outlets in Aïn Sebaâ and Hay Hassani), runs its IT on a single Proxmox VE 8 server, pve-casa-01: the ERP and the till (VM 101), the SQL database (102), the file server (103), the domain controller (104) and a proxy (105). The VM disks are on the local-lvm storage (LVM-thin pool pve/data, 942 GB); backups go every night to a NAS over NFS.

Since 10:20, the three outlets can no longer take payments or check stock: everything is frozen. In the web interface, the VMs are all “running” with a small yellow triangle. This morning, the accounting team copied the scans of every supplier invoice of the year (about 90 GB) to the file server.

In September, Yassine (a contractor) ran a restore test of the old CRM in a VM 110, since deleted.

You are the systems administrator, connected over SSH as root to pve-casa-01. No disk is available before Monday. Bring the VMs back into service without data loss.
