At TangerFret, customs declarations no longer go out and trucks are waiting at the port

TangerFret Logistique, a customs broker in the Tanger Med free zone, transmits about 300 declarations a day to the port's electronic single window. Sending is done by a Windows service, TFEdiConnecteur, installed on SRV-EDI-01. It reads the files in \\SRV-FIC-01\EDI\Sortant and runs under the domain account TANGERFRET\svc_edi (installed in July by the contractor).

During the night from Sunday to Monday, SRV-EDI-01 rebooted after installing the monthly updates. This morning, no declaration has gone out since 02:15. At 06:30, the line of trucks is growing at the port entrance; the operations manager, Mr Ouazzani, calls every ten minutes.
