At Dar Tanja Immobilier, nothing comes out of the agency's printers anymore

Dar Tanja Immobilier, an agency on Boulevard Pasteur in Tangier, prints its sale agreements and floor plans through a print server, SRV-PRINT-01, which shares two queues: IMP-ACCUEIL and TRACEUR-A0.

At 10:58, Amal, an interior designer, sent a 180-page fit-out plan in PDF to print. Nothing came out. She resent it twice. Since then, no print job gets through at all, neither on the plotter nor on the front desk printer. Three sale agreement signings are scheduled this afternoon.
