Oriental Logistique's ERP server vanished from the network after switching to a static IP

Oriental Logistique, a haulier based in Oujda, runs its ERP on an Ubuntu 24.04 virtual machine (srv-erp-01). Last night, Karim wanted to give it the static address 10.20.0.15/24 (gateway 10.20.0.1): he deleted the old DHCP file, wrote /etc/netplan/01-statique.yaml and ran netplan apply. The server immediately disappeared from the network.

He then tried to fix the file from the VMware console, without success, and went home. This morning, nobody can enter a transport order.
