Terms of Use
1. The Service
MasterLinux is an online school for IT careers, designed in Morocco by a Technical Analyst specialised in Linux. Using the site means accepting these terms.
2. Account
Creating an account requires a valid e-mail address and a password. The account is strictly personal: the student is responsible for keeping the credentials confidential and for all activity carried out with the account.
We may limit or block abnormal simultaneous logins, automated scraping or any use suggesting account sharing.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for any unlawful activity, attempt to compromise its security, bypass access controls, overload the servers or extract content automatically.
The security techniques taught (auditing, scanning, hardening, detection) are meant to protect systems. Using them against a system without its owner’s permission is prohibited and punishable, in particular under Moroccan law no. 07-03 on offences against automated data processing systems.
4. Intellectual property
The lessons, labs, scripts, incident simulations, learning paths, texts, diagrams, the selection, organisation and presentation of the content, as well as the MasterLinux name and logos, are the exclusive property of MasterLinux. The content is written, reviewed and tested by the MasterLinux team.
Any reproduction or distribution beyond the personal use provided for in the Terms of Sale is prohibited.
5. Suspension
In case of breach of these terms, in particular account sharing or distribution of the content, MasterLinux may suspend or close the account without notice or refund.
6. Availability
We do our best to keep the Service available at all times, without being able to guarantee it. Content evolves: lessons may be updated, corrected or replaced.
