Terms of Sale
1. Purpose
These terms govern the purchase of the online courses offered on https://masterlinux.online (the “Service”), published by MasterLinux. Placing an order means full acceptance of these terms, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, in the version in force on the day of the order.
2. The courses
The courses are digital content supplied online: lessons, exercises, labs carried out on the student’s own machine, incident simulations and completion certificates. Their content and access period are described on each offer page.
Certificates confirm that the exercises on MasterLinux were followed and passed. They are neither state diplomas nor official vendor certifications (Red Hat, Microsoft, AWS, Google, Linux Foundation…).
3. Prices and payment
Reference prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). For visitors outside Morocco, an equivalent in euros or US dollars is shown for information; the exact amount charged is the one displayed at payment time.
Payment is made by card or PayPal account (processed by PayPal; MasterLinux never receives or stores your card numbers), or by bank transfer in dirhams quoting the order reference.
The order is final once payment is confirmed. Any bank or exchange fees are borne by the buyer.
4. Immediate access
Online payment opens access automatically within seconds. For a bank transfer, access is opened once the transfer has been received and checked, normally within 24 to 48 business hours.
Access is personal and lasts for the period stated on the offer, starting when it is opened.
5. Waiver of the right of withdrawal — no refunds
The courses are digital content whose supply starts immediately after payment. Before paying, the buyer expressly requests this immediate performance and acknowledges waiving the right of withdrawal by ticking a dedicated box. This consent is time-stamped and stored with the order.
Accordingly, under article 38 of Moroccan law no. 31-08 on consumer protection (services whose performance began, with the consumer’s consent, before the end of the withdrawal period) and, for buyers residing in the European Union, article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, no withdrawal is possible and no refund, full or partial, is granted once access has been opened, regardless of usage time, progress or change of mind.
Sole exception: if, for a reason attributable to us, paid access could never be opened and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report, that order is refunded.
6. Payment disputes
Any dispute or chargeback filed with the bank or PayPal after access has been opened, contrary to the accepted waiver, leads to immediate suspension of the account. MasterLinux then provides the payment provider with evidence of the order: time-stamped acceptance of these terms, access opening and usage history.
7. Personal licence, sharing and leaks
The purchase grants a strictly personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for the access period. It transfers no ownership of the content.
The following are prohibited: sharing the account or credentials, reselling, copying, recording, mass capture, automated extraction, publishing or distributing all or part of the content (lessons, solutions, scripts, simulations), free of charge or for a fee.
Any breach leads to immediate closure of the account, without notice or refund, and may give rise to civil and criminal proceedings under Moroccan law no. 2-00 on copyright and related rights, and to a claim for damages.
8. Liability
Labs run on the student’s own machine or virtual machine, under the student’s sole responsibility: it is up to the student to work on a test environment and back up their data. Security exercises may only be practised on systems the student owns or has written permission to test.
MasterLinux is committed to a quality service but guarantees neither an exam result nor a job. Its liability, if established, is limited to the amount paid for the course concerned.
The Service may be interrupted for maintenance or in case of force majeure; an extended interruption attributable to us results in an equivalent extension of the access period.
9. Changes to these terms
The terms applicable to an order are those accepted when placing that order. New versions may be published for the future; the version in force and its date are shown at the bottom of this page.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. If there is a problem, please contact us first at contact@masterlinux.online: we always look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute is brought before the competent Moroccan courts, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
Version in force since 2026-10-20.
